After your order has been placed and payment has cleared, our team begins preparing it for dispatch. Standard processing time is 1-2 business days. This does not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping & Delivery Time

We ship from our international warehouse to customers in Australia.
Estimated delivery time is 6-10 business days once your order has been shipped.
Delivery times may vary based on your location, courier delays, weather events, or other unforeseen issues.

Shipping Costs

We offer fast and free delivery for all orders. There are no shipping costs.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, responsibility transfers to them. Drive Smart is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
