A good general-purpose cushion, but not a medical grade wheelchair cushion.
I inherited a number of wheelchair seat cushions from my centenarian father, which I thought nothing of, until I discovered how nice they are to sit on over, for example, a hard wooden chair. NOTE: "Gel" apparently refers to the type of soft plastic this cushion is made from. It is NOT filled with a liquid gel, as one might be led to believe based on the use of the term, "gel".
