Good economy hose pressure foam gun.
I picked this up because I have an off-road vehicle that sees a lot of use in saltwater marshes, farm fields, and the occasional backwoods trip. I regularly come home with saltwater MUD caked on my truck. It is a special gritty type of sand based mud that destroys paint and rusts the metal it scratches into. I wanted a foam gun to help release some of that grit from the surface of the paint before washing, but I didn't want one that required the use of a pressure washer as that's just one more thing I have to get out and put away complicating the process.Enter this foam gun.Overall it is compact, lightweight and seems to have a moderately durable construction.Materials are mid grade, with some higher grade things mixed in like the quick connect coupler on the front of the spray gun, which is surprisingly nice fit and finish.The guns soap capacity is on par with most foam cannon type guns.It arrived well packed, and mostly assembled, however you will need to tighten everything up and install the foam nozzle to the container.I tested it with some diluted dish soap (I did not want to dig out my car wash foam soap) and got a satisfying cloud of white foam, that lingered even in the sun, for a minute or two before sliding off. With the proper snow foam type soap it will surely perform well.Note: hose pressure style foam cannons are greatly dependent on good water pressure.
